We are excited to announce djay 4.0.3, an update to djay for Mac that brings support for the popular Pioneer DDJ-ERGO DJ controller, as well as a number of enhancements and improvements:
Improved handling of iTunes XML library file not being found
Added keyboard shortcut for Match Key
Changed crossfader cutting shortcuts to F/G/H
Fixed jog off mode for Vestax Spin (press both jog mode buttons to activate)
Fixed VCI-100MK2 crossfader in cutting mode
Stability improvements
djay 4.0.3 is a free update for all users of djay 4. djay 4 is available exclusively via the Mac App Store.
Pioneer DDJ-ERGO DJ controller support
In collaboration with Pioneer, djay 4.0.3 brings native plug & play support for the Pioneer DDJ-ERGO DJ controller. Since its introduction in September 2011, the DDJ-ERGO controller has been praised for its sleek design and compact size. Like djay 4 for Mac, the DDJ-ERGO places the same emphasis on the DJing experience, bringing simplicity to both setup and performance without compromising on features and sound quality.
